Janine has been instrumental on my body transformation journey for the last year and a half and I can not tell you how much my health has changed for the better during this time! Since starting the I.C.E. and F.I.R.E program back in July of 2017, there has been a massive difference in myself...not only physically but also mentally. As a working mom, I have realised that fuelling my body with the right foods and exercising in the right way has been critical to my energy levels, especially with trying to keep up with everything happening in my daily life from the husband, kids, house and work travels.
When I first started at Basil Bodies I was only training with the I.C.E. sessions.
After 6 months of I.C.E., I wanted to see more changes in my body and that's when Janine recommended the F.I.R.E. program. By combining the I.C.E. and F.I.R.E sessions four days a week (2-days I.C.E. and 2-days F.I.R.E), this made some significant changes in my body shape. I had also incorporated the MP nutrition plan into my journey and I can say...not only am I eating more than ever with phenomenal results, I have also noticed a lot of what foods my body likes and doesn't like. The transition of my health has been so amazing and rewarding, I had to start buying smaller clothes! Janine and Archie's training has made a significant change in my health for the better, and I truly believe it is critical for everyone to invest in their health to feel our best!
