A Trainer can mean the difference between achieving your goals and not. Everybody needs somebody who can challenge, inspire and motivate them toward their goals and your trainer will do just that!
INITIAL CONSULT
Before you can get to where your going you need to know where you are and where you can go! Our Initial consult will be the starting point to help you achieve!
GETTING STARTED
Your first session will give us an idea of how fit and strong you are and give valuable insight into what type of training will be best for you. Your Trainer can then tailor a program specific to your ability and goals.
HOMEWORK
You will be given homework to complete to help you reach your goals faster. Your success will count on your homework assignments being complete and your Trainer will check every session that your are on track.
NUTRITION
No matter what you would like to achieve nutrtion will play a big part of it. Your Trainer will offer guidence in this area and give you access to things like food diaries and other sources to help you learn to make better food choices.
PILATES
Pilates is an exercise system that works the body as a whole and aims to co-ordinate the upper and lower muscle groups with the center of the body.
It has a dramatic effect on strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination.
This form of exercise is gentle, non - competitive, relaxing and also extremely effective.
