We have clients that come for just program design and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym) and we also have clients that meet with us anywhere from 2-4 times/week depending on your goals, motivation, and budget. At Basil Bodies, we make achieving your health and fitness goals easy and enjoyable. We have worked alongside registered dietitians to create a unique and effortlessly effective nutrition program guaranteed to help you lose weight.
