As you progress, programs will become more challenging and advanced, ensuring you stay motivated to reach your goals. Training sessions may also be done in groups of two or more.

PILATES

Pilates is an exercise system that works the body as a whole and aims to co-ordinate the upper and lower muscle groups with the center of the body.
It has a dramatic effect on strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination.
This form of exercise is gentle, non - competitive, relaxing and also extremely effective.

·Partner training: (30mins) $25 per person
·Group training (3 or more people, 30 mins): $20 per person
·One on one training: (1 hour) $60
·Partner training: (1 hour) $40 per person
·Group training (3 or more people, 1 hour) $30 per person

PILATES

·One on one training: $60 per session
·Partner training: $40 per person, per session
·Group training: $30 per person, per session
