Hitting a plateau sucks !
I’m not going hide behind the fact that I too hit plateaus. This 6 week progress point I was really hoping I would see some more changes
in my bodyshape but there have been some undelying factors stopping my progression.
I know I’m not overweight but I do have very precise goals that I want to reach.
Do you find yourself looking in the mirror and comparing yourself to someone else? How many of us do this? I know I have plenty of times and still do. The problem here is we start to lose focus on our own goals. We take our focus and energy away from us and put it into someone else and what seems like the perfect body or someone getting better results than us. We start beating ourselves
At first it was really uncomfortable.
I didn’t like the thought of being a beginner.
I’d never stepped foot into a gym EVER!
I used to exercise in my bedroom.
I had no idea where to start or what to do.
But I started.
I kept going.
It became a habit.
I created a new routine.
I began to crave it.
I loved the reward.

We all know that pregnancy can do a real job on your body and you feel like you’ll never be able to wear bikinis again.
There was a time I wouldn’t wear one as I would be stressing out about my thick thighs, butt, cellulite, and flabby tummy after having 3 kids.
