Who else loves a Grilled Burger?
I love a Sweet Chilli Chicken Burger from Grilled but I tend to only have them every now and then.
I'll mostly eat them after a workout occasionally as I've created a metabolic window. The the high energy carbs from the bun will not be turned to body fat but used for restoration of glycogen levels :))
Here’s my alternative take on my favorite burger : The Sweet Chilli Chicken Stack!
1. Thinly slice one chicken breast and pan fry with a little salt and pepper.
2. Stack the following -
✅1-2 cups homemade coleslaw
✅1 slice pineapple
✅2-3 slices beetroot
✅1/4 avocado sliced
Top with the chicken and 1 tsp Sweet Chilli sauce and flaxoil.
