All we have in our tool kit is the ability to work on the habits that are holding us back, stay consistent with our training, reduce our stress levels,get enough sleep each day and eat the right foods at the right times.
If you’re not seeing the results you want from your efforts it’s most likely that you haven’t created the right metabolism for success.
It’s taken me years to repair and create the right metabolism to where I can now see the results that I’ve worked so hard for.
The other big factor is TIME !
So many people give up or look for the next big thing to lose body fat without sticking at something long enough to see a result.
Remember this....Success is the bi product of creating the right metabolism.
Once you start to implement all those things in your toolkit for long enough then your metabolism will start to work for you and not against you.
