We all know that pregnancy can do a real job on your body and you feel like you’ll never be able to wear bikinis again.
There was a time I wouldn’t wear one as I would be stressing out about my thick thighs, butt, cellulite, and flabby tummy after having 3 kids.
Yes I was embarrassed just like you and felt very self conscious.
I’d always wear a one piece so I could cover up as much as possible or wear a T-shirt so I couldn’t be seen.
But I really wanted to be confident enough to wear a two piece and build a body I could be proud of.
So I decided last year that by summer 2018 I was going to rock a bikini with confidence and not be embarrassed about which bits were wiggling and jiggling when I walked.
You absolutely can and you should be proud of the skin you’re in. If you don’t feel that way though you can do something about it.
If you aren’t currently where you want to be then don’t wait another year.
Make the decision, start now and by Summer 2019 you will have worked really hard, achieved something you never thought possible and discovered what you are really capable of.

Don’t talk yourself out if it and say I can’t do it because you sure can.
You do have to have reached a point in your life where you are ready to make a full commitment (a minimum of 12 months) to achieving something you never thought possible.
I’ll be there to guide you along the way so you don’t feel isolated and not sure of what to do.
