Do I need to cut out food groups to lose weight, drop body fat and build toned muscle?
No you don't and you should definitely run for the hills if a diet/meal plan tells you to.
By cutting out things like dairy and grains you are limiting an already limited array of food choices. Did you know that most people only stick to the same 5 food choices each week.
So you think you don’t have time to make better nutritional choices?
This MPLM (metabolically precise liquid meal) took all of 90 seconds to put together and blend.
Faster than it takes to order a latte and grab a raspberry and white chocolate muffin for morning tea.
All you need is a decent blender and a few basic ingredients to have a nutrient dense, cal
Are you utilising your window of opportunity?
So you’ve just finished a tough training session.
You’re feeling pumped and proud of yourself for ticking that one off your to do list for the day.
Now it’s time to eat. But you’ve just rushed In the door and you’ve got 30mins before you need to leave to jump on the 7.33am train to get to work.
I will always be a woman of integrity!
If you come to me wanting help to change your body shape and improve how you feel about yourself I will always tell you what you actually need and not what you want to hear.

Who else loves a Grilled Burger?
I love a Sweet Chilli Chicken Burger from Grilled but I tend to only have them every now and then.
I'll mostly eat them after a workout occasionally as I've created a metabolic window. The the high energy carbs from the bun will not be turned to body fat but used for restoration of glycogen levels :))
I used to be known for my love of chocolate.
Dark, white and milk ..It didn’t really matter.
In my 20’s and even in to my 30’s I could get away with indulging in it every single day. Heaps of it infact.
I used to tell myself it was ok, I exercise a lot so I deserve it.
It was my way of rewarding myself for being a good little exercise bunny.
