"I hate being in photos"
Yes I hear this all the time and I too cringe at photos of myself sometimes. I just can't seem to hit the right angle or something lol!
Or maybe it's that a photo never lies?
A photo makes us face reality and it's much easier to avoid the truth than to face it.
Week 7 of my own Body Transformation and I wasn't really sure if anything was changing
I've had my eyes on these itty bitty shorts for weeks.
I've walked passed them several times in the store but put them back. I love these shorts in every colour too!
So why did I keep putting them back?
Well I knew damn well they were going to make me feel very uncomfortable.
Seeing other people that wear them makes me want to wear them too but I'm a little introverted
Are you a little over making the usual cheese and vegemite sandwiches for the kids lunches?
I know I am! If you are over the same boring lunchbox routine try these ...the kids think I'm an ok Mum ...well today anyway.
1. One flat bread spread with Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2. Top with shredded BBQ chicken
3. Use a peeler to make carrot and cucumber strip
Then you need to prioritise your food prep!
I admit it's not my preferred time waster. I'd rather be on the couch binge watching Netflix or on YouTube watching music clips but I know that whatever food I can find ......I'll EAT IT!
So I know how important it is to consistently have the right food available or I'll eat anything close by.
