Are you a little over the same post workout meal of Chicken, Rice and Broccoli? Or maybe your post workout meal is more like a rice cake with butter and vegemite and a big fat latte to go with it.

I'll be honest....I despise being in the Kitchen for any longer than 10 mins.
For me it's the most mundane job there is and then the cleaning up part is even worse.

Just like you I can't stop at one Tim Tam, I have to devour around 4-5 before I am even slightly satified.
Mmmm....that smooth, creamy chocolate taste is heavenly for all of about 15 seconds and then the guilty feelings hit you.."Why did i just eat that?" I know that scoffing a row or packet of Tim Tams isn't going to help with
