For the last 6 months (from February 2014) I’ve been living the MP life, following the Metabolic Precision System to the letter. This means I train for only 2.5 hours per week. My longest session is no longer than 45mins and my shortest session is no longer than 20mins. My training consists of FIRE training, ICE Training and Metabolic Precision Nutrition which dramatically improves my results from exercise. I now exercise less, eat lots of delicious food without cutting anything out… I even eat ice cream and I have plenty of time to do the things I love best…Spending quality time with my children.
