Archie and his team of personal trainers offer a novel and exciting way to work towards this years New Year’s fitness resolutions. The concept behind the success of this company is specific and consistent. Medically and scientifically researched individual workout programs, comprised of routines that incorporate the entire body are implemented at this optimal fitness centre.
Client will typically take part in three, one on one 60 minute training sessions, with a personal trainer and stick closely to a customized meal plan each week and receive bonus cardio workouts to complete at home. In addition to scheduled time in the studio, early morning and evening Boot Camp sessions are on offer three times a week. Our Boot Camp group classes engage members in a series of training sessions designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten the body.
